PT Mandiri Yasa Ekspor supplies cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii), also known as Koerintji Cassia, which thrives in the volcanic soil of the Kerinci Mountains. Our product is globally recognized for its intense spicy-sweet aroma, bright reddish-brown color, and high essential oil content.

We offer various grades to meet the needs of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries:

1. Cinnamon Sticks (Cinnamon Rolls)

Our premium product undergoes a natural cleaning and drying process to achieve perfect rolls.

• Grade AAA: Very neat rolls, uniform length (as requested, e.g., 6cm, 8cm, or 10cm), without skin, and of the highest visual quality.

• Grade AA: Neat, clean rolls, perfect for retail use or culinary decoration.

• Grade A: Standard rolls with a strong aroma, ideal for wholesale markets and industrial processing.

2. Cinnamon Broken (KB/KABC)

Unrolled cinnamon pieces retain their strong flavor and aroma. They are highly effective for extracting oil or grinding into powder.

• KABC Grade: Clean, scraped pieces free of mold or foreign matter.

• KB Grade: Unscraped pieces that are economical for large-scale industrial use.

100% pure cinnamon powder with no additives. Processed at low temperatures to preserve the integrity of its aroma and active ingredients.

3. Cinnamon Powder

Origin: Kerinci, Jambi & Sumatra, Indonesia.

• Moisture Content: Maximum 12% - 14% (Export Standard).

• Admixture: Maximum 0.5% - 1%.

• Packaging: Jute sacks, corrugated boxes, or custom packaging.

• Capacity: Ready to handle large-scale shipments (20ft / 40ft containers).
